Minerva appoints new MD

Minerva Trust and Corporate Services has appointed Brian Lee as group managing director. Lee is a chartered accountant who qualified with Deloitte and was most recently the managing director of IFG, a fiduciary business in the Isle of Man.

He was also the managing director of Allied Irish Bank’s wealth management business, with responsibility for its UK and offshore operations and has over twenty years experience in the international and offshore market place in Jersey, the Isle of Man and the US.

Fellow director and co-founder of Minerva, Umesh Sahai, said, "We believe that Brian’s wide range of experience will greatly assist in growing the business in the different jurisdictions in which we operate."

Minerva provides trust, corporate and fund administration services in Jersey, London, Geneva, Mauritius and Dubai and administers over $15 billion of assets for clients. Lee will be based in Jersey.
